This assessment addresses three key areas every leader's faces:- Construction of a vision that represents the best holistic direction for an organization
- Engaging all others who have a role or vested interest in the vision so goals are aligned
- Achieving near flawless execution of the necessary actions to make the vision a reality with an understanding of their natural tendencies that can either reinforce or weaken each of the key steps listed above, leaders can take positive action to improve regardless of their role or tenure.

All eight (8) 24" x 36" Work of Leaders posters are printed in full color and laminated so you can reference them in facilitation sessions and use them with dry-erase markers to emphasize certain points. They can be mounted easily for reuse or for them to be constant reminders of best practices using 3M Command strips for hard surfaces or pushpins for fabric. Digital copies of these same posters are inside each Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Facilitation kit (sold separately) for easy reproduction or, these can be purchased very cost effectively. Everyone who leads others typically has a hectic schedule and as effective the Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders program is, a continuous reminder of the material learned will serve to reinforce the importance of continuous improvement when it comes to leadership development. -
While this book certainly isn't required for successful implementation of the Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders™ program, it lays a strong foundation for learning and embodying the core principles of VAE (Vision, Alignment, Execution). Key chapters present key aspects leaders can use to build on each step of the model and reinforce the strategies needed to be more open especially during the vision step.
