The Everything DiSC® Group Culture report aggregates the data from the individual profiles of group members to provide an overview of group priorities, the forms of discord or cohesiveness within the group, details attended to or missed and how they interact with others and more. Use this report during a follow-up session following an introduction to DiSC® theory, self-awareness and understanding others to show how the different motivators, stressors, and priorities impact group performance positively or negatively and, what they can do to improve performance and quality of work relationships. This report has a practical limit of about 65 participants and does not reveal the names of participants which makes it ideal for use as a handout.
