  • Compare any two people who have taken any of the Everything DiSC Profiles. Person A and Person B both get an 11-page comparison report. Can be created for any two participants to illustrate their similarities and differences. Complimentary, unlimited access is available with all Everything DiSC Profiles.   • This report is an ideal tool for trainers and coaches when working with group dynamics or simply helping a new group of DiSC® participants understand the interactions within their group. This report runs parallel with the Everything DiSC® Group Culture report except that it has individuals identified by name within each style and provides prompts for coaching questions to group members.   • The Everything DiSC® Group Culture report aggregates the data from the individual profiles of group members to provide an overview of group priorities, the forms of discord or cohesiveness within the group, details attended to or missed and how they interact with others and more. Use this report during a follow-up session following an introduction to DiSC® theory, self-awareness and understanding others to show how the different motivators, stressors, and priorities impact group performance positively or negatively and, what they can do to improve performance and quality of work relationships.
