While this book certainly isn’t required for successful implementation of the Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders™  program, it lays a strong foundation for learning and embodying the core principles of VAE (Vision, Alignment, Execution). Key chapters present key aspects leaders can use to build on each step of the model and reinforce the strategies needed to be more open especially during the vision step.
